Total Body Work Out "510"
No pain, no gain that's the buzz about this class. Work with the Body Bar, Free Weights, and exercise Bands for
strength training, conditioning and toning for legs, upper body and midsection. This class is designed to add lean
muscle mass to your body. Heavy, medium and light weights, multiple sets and active recovery segments will
challenge you during the session. Results are guaranteed!

to control the muscles. The class focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which
are essential to providing support for the spine and the strenthening of the deep torso muscle.
A low-impact approach to exercise that will set you on a path to a dance art rich in physical, emotional and spiritual
benefits. The dance routines are easy to follow and target specific areas, including waist, hips, thighs and abdomen.

Belly butt and thighs. Big, BIG problem for all of us. A power-packed session that will target exactly these areas by combining
