WELCOME TO STARLIGHT fit & dance

STARLIGHT fit & dance opened it's doors in 2008 and is a devision from STARLIGHT DANCE CENTER.
We created an intimate and private exercise studio. 
Woman of every age, size and background are coming together to enjoy a few hours of escape.
At STARLIGHT we believe that getting into shape should be fun.  The goals are weight-loss,
getting fit and becoming healthier and lots of woman have achieved just that,  You will get to know
a very beautiful group of people who all care and support each other on the journey of  Fun & Fitness.

Ballroom Fit, one of our dance-exercise programs was created by the Director of STARLIGHT Katharina Marks,
and has taken the studio bt storm.

Our philosophy is that getting into shape should be fun and enjoyable.
At STARLIGHT fit & dance we offer programs which are dance related exercises and programs which are geared
towards weight and strength training.  Whatever you enjoy most we have a class for you.
